1- Freeze your Candles
Have you ever thought of freezing your candles? Because you should freeze them! The reason for freezing them is that it helps them to burn slower! These Dollar tree candles are great; you can buy them in different colors.
- Tip: If you think the candles can tip over and be dangerous, especially with kids & pets around, you can use museum wax. You can also use museum wax which is non-toxic & non-acidic for any fragile items you have. Get the stick candle from Dollar Tree and put some museum wax on the bottom to keep them steady.
2- Sprinkle Salt on Candle
Sprinkling salt on your candle slows down the rate at which the Wax melts, giving you a longer, more economical burn.
- Tip: Do you want to know how to put out your candle without smoke? Grab a Dollar Tree bamboo skewer and dip it in the Wax. Or you can get Amazon wick dippers with a hook and do the same. Candle Wick Dipper set is also a great gift idea for your loved ones!
3- Reuse your Candle Jars
Reusing your Candle jars is amazing because they all come in such beautiful jars! You can store jewelry, toiletry stuff, or hair accessories in them. But you would want to remove those big stickers on the jars! So I use goo gone spray for that. Goo gone does the best job of removing the stickers. You can spray it on the sticker and remove it using a peeler.
- Tip: If you have a frayed shoelace, dip it in candle wax, then let it dry. This helps to keep the end of the shoelace stays stronger.

4- Remove the whole Wax from the Candle Jar
You want to reuse your beautiful candle jar but struggle to remove its leftover wax. Let me tell you how to remove it quickly. Heat some water and pour it into the candle jar. As the Wax starts melting, loosen the sides of the Wax using a spoon. You will be able to lift the whole wax stick to the bottom of the jar. You can also reuse that leftover wax for another project!
