I have a big basket full of blankets in my living room, and folding them like this would save me so much space! Let me tell you how you can do it too!
Get your cozy throw blanket and lay it on the floor or a table. If you have a larger blanket, as I do, you will start folding it in half from both sides and meet in the middle.
Start rolling it from one edge to the middle and then do the same for the other edge.
Then cross one side over the other and pull through to make one knot. You can make this as tight as you want. I keep it a little loose to make it more of a medium size ball.

Next, you will take one of the ends and tuck it into the side of your blanket. Then you can take the other end to tuck into the other side. You can play around with it and make it loose or tight; however, it looks good.
