Take the glass microwave tray out and place it in your dishwasher. Next, spray a generous amount of your oven cleaner in your microwave. Remember to spray it on the microwave door as well! Then get your plastic wrap and put it all over your microwave. This will help trap moisture and make it more effective. After covering your microwave with plastic wrap, let it sit as long as possible, especially if you have months of grease.
