I will tell you why you need to put a piece of aluminum in your remote controller! Here is the ridiculously useful aluminum foil in the remote control hack! This trick is the perfect solution when you can’t find the correct batteries and don’t feel like running to a store to purchase one. Without frustration and wasting time, you can continue using your TV remote. You will find it genius!
Let’s say you ran out of batteries and needed to change them. You can fix it so quickly. All you need is a different battery that can fit in there even though it is not the correct battery size and a piece of aluminum foil. I have a ton of triple-A batteries around the house, so I used one of them. First, fold your aluminum foil into a little square. That will fit right in the space between the two batteries.

You may need scissors to cut the oil and a knife to pull the battery out. After sticking the aluminum foil there, place the battery in as usual. It is not the right size of battery to put there, but it will work after the way I show you, my friends! Make sure everything is lined up as it is supposed to be. Your remote control will work! This works well because aluminum foil can reflect and absorb radio waves and consequently interferes with their transmission.
This super easy trick will save you some frustration and time when you run out of batteries for your remote control! I love sharing practical life hacks with you! If you love one of my life hacks, please share them with friends and family!
